Executive Advisor (ADNOC Gas)

About the Role

The Executive Advisor acts as a strategic consultant to the senior leadership team, offering expert guidance and insights that enhance corporate governance, business strategy, and overall organizational performance. This role is pivotal in directing executive-level projects while ensuring that long-term business goals of ADNOC Gas are met through thorough analysis and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide leadership with advice on strategic, operational, and governance issues.
• Assist in formulating and executing corporate strategies and business plans.
• Create impactful reports, briefings, presentations, and strategic proposals for executives.
• Track and assess the progress of strategic projects and performance metrics.
• Oversee cross-departmental projects and initiatives at the executive level.
• Support decision-making by delivering data-driven analysis, market trends, and business evaluations.
• Contribute to the enforcement of governance policies and best practices.
• Interact with both internal teams and external partners to advance business goals and priorities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
• At least 18 years of experience in strategy, governance, executive consultancy, business planning, or senior leadership roles.
• Documented success collaborating directly with senior executive teams and overseeing strategic projects.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and presentations.
• Desirable experience in the energy sector, specifically oil & gas or large-scale corporations.
