Execution Interior Designer

About the Role

Space Designs seeks a dedicated Interior Site Execution Engineer to oversee residential interior projects, ensuring precise implementation and timely delivery. The role demands close collaboration with clients, vendors, and various contractors to maintain quality and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement interior fit-out projects following approved drawings and specifications.
• Oversee daily site operations to keep work on schedule.
• Coordinate activities between designers, clients, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors.
• Maintain high quality and finishing standards throughout the project.
• Document daily progress and update project status regularly.
• Conduct site measurements and confirm dimensions prior to work execution.
• Plan and manage material requirements, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.
• Complete projects within allotted timelines and budgets.
• Proactively identify and resolve site-related challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation, schedules, and records for each site.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Participate in client meetings and provide consistent project updates.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in executing residential and commercial interior site projects preferred.
• Familiarity with modular furniture, wardrobes, modular kitchens, false ceilings, flooring, painting, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and civil finishes.
• Ability to interpret AutoCAD and interior working drawings.
• Strong skills in project coordination and managing teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capability.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting tools.
• Capability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to various project locations as needed.

• Prior experience in residential interior projects is beneficial.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹45,000, dependent on experience and performance.
