Job description
Role Overview
This position involves working alongside a Lead Exam Invigilator to ensure the secure and professional administration of both traditional paper and digital exams at the University of Leeds campus. The primary responsibility is to oversee examinations in compliance with University rules, offering a supportive and professional environment for students and staff throughout assessment periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating examinations under the guidance of the Lead Exam Invigilator.
- Ensure that exams are conducted strictly according to University regulations.
- Provide attentive and professional support to both students and staff during exam sessions.
Requirements and Skills
- Adeptness in handling IT systems related to digital examinations.
- Strong attention to detail to uphold examination integrity.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism throughout examination periods.
- Physical capability to walk regularly across the campus and carry exam materials securely.
Additional Information
Applicants currently enrolled as undergraduate or postgraduate students at the University of Leeds are ineligible to apply.
The role does not qualify for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship; candidates should explore other visa routes.
