About the Role
Cook House is actively seeking retired Army officers at the Colonel or Commander level to fill two urgent vacancies. This role involves extensive travel across India and focuses primarily on security management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute thorough security strategies aimed at protecting employees, patients, and organizational assets.
- Perform regular risk assessments and audits to locate security weaknesses and suggest corrective measures.
- Work closely with law enforcement agencies to establish and maintain robust security protocols.
- Design and conduct training sessions to educate employees on best security practices.
- Oversee incident response plans and emergency procedures to reduce operational disturbances.
- Keep detailed records of security issues, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain communication and coordination with fellow Army officers involved in security operations.
Additional Information
This position requires mobility and readiness to travel extensively across India, indicating a pan-India assignment.
Compensation
The remuneration ranges from INR 60,000 to INR 100,000 monthly.
