Event Coordinator - Corporate Event Operations

About the Role

Dynamic Events is seeking to hire an Event Coordinator based in Santacruz (E), Mumbai. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end planning, organization, and execution of corporate events to guarantee seamless delivery and alignment with business goals. Events range from large conferences to smaller corporate retreats, with a need to create exceptional experiences for all attendees.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop detailed event plans involving budgeting, timelines, and resource management in partnership with internal teams.
• Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues ensuring adherence to budgets.
• Oversee all logistical elements including venue selection, catering, AV equipment, transport, and accommodations.
• Manage event setup and dismantling processes complying with quality benchmarks.
• Act as the central liaison for clients, sponsors, and vendors, resolving issues and managing communications.
• Perform site visits and walkthroughs to confirm venue suitability and safety adherence.
• Create and apply contingency strategies to address possible event risks or unexpected challenges.
• Lead post-event assessments to evaluate outcomes, collect feedback, and drive continuous process refinements.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the event management sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Any graduate educational background.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
