Key Responsibilities
As an EV Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electric vehicle systems using specialized diagnostic scan tools and multimeters to identify electrical, software, and mechanical issues. You will conduct thorough inspections, testing, and repairs of battery management systems, electric motors, and drivetrain components, ensuring all work prioritizes safety. Regular maintenance tasks include checking brakes, suspension systems, tires, keeping firmware up-to-date, and ensuring charging systems operate correctly. Strict adherence to safety practices is mandatory, specifically high-voltage isolation protocols and the use of insulated tools within the workshop environment.
