Etsy Ecommerce Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Etsy Ecommerce Manager to independently operate and expand our Etsy storefront. This full-time onsite role requires hands-on experience managing Etsy shops and knowledge of the platform's ecosystem.

Core Duties

• Perform keyword research tailored to Etsy product listings.
• Develop and refine product titles, tags, descriptions, and listings for maximum impact.
• Optimize Etsy SEO to enhance the shop's organic search visibility.
• Oversee Etsy advertisement campaigns and track their effectiveness.
• Analyze competitors and perform comprehensive market research.
• Boost product discoverability, increase traffic, and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor store performance through Shop Manager tools and analytics.
• Address customer inquiries and manage day-to-day shop operations.
• Identify opportunities to drive sales growth and improve the store's performance.
• Leverage AI and other productivity tools to enhance content quality and workflow.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least one year of direct experience managing Etsy stores.
• Practical knowledge of Etsy SEO mechanics and the Etsy marketplace environment.
• Experienced with managing Etsy Ads campaigns.
• Proficient in keyword research and listing enhancement strategies.
• Self-starter with strong ownership mindset towards store management.
• Good communication skills combined with analytical thinking.
• Prior experience with Jewellery, Fashion, Clothing, Handmade, or Personalized products is a plus.

Additional Information

Candidates lacking practical Etsy experience—even if experienced with other marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho—will not be considered. This is a specialized role requiring dedicated Etsy expertise.
