Position Overview

Kaston Harper Partitions is seeking a knowledgeable Estimator to join our Dubai-based team full-time. The role entails assessing costs and preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quotations with a focus on architectural projects involving glass partitions and door systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze project costs within the architectural sector, emphasizing glass partitions and doors.
• Develop comprehensive BOQs and accurate quotations for internal and client use.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in estimation, preferably related to interior design or construction environments.
• Proven skills in BOQ and quotation preparation.
• Familiarity with industry-standard construction practices and norms.
• Strong aptitude for numerical analysis and critical evaluation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication along with interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.
• Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Science, or a related technical field.
• Immediate availability to commence work is required.
