Estimator - Waterproofing Specialist

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform detailed take-offs and estimations on assigned projects.
• Manage follow-ups for both multi-scope and single-scope contracts.
• Participate actively in pre-bid and post-bid meetings.
• Prepare work orders and material order documentation accurately.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in construction estimation.
• Proficient in interpreting project specifications and technical drawings.
• Capability to handle multiple projects and abide by tight deadlines.
• Post-secondary education in Construction-related fields such as Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Strong communication abilities and basic proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledgeable about general building envelope concepts and possess sales aptitude.
