Role Overview

We are looking for a committed Estimator to produce accurate and comprehensive quotes for joinery and full fitout projects primarily in commercial and hospitality environments. This role involves working independently with support from a seasoned team, ensuring that all estimates are thorough and attentive to detail. Applicants must have Australian work rights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and accurate quotes covering all aspects of materials and labor for joinery and fitout projects, including critically reviewing subcontractor quotes for accuracy.
• Apply industry knowledge, particularly in shopfitting and hospitality sectors, to formulate quotes aligned with client requirements.
• Independently manage the quotation tasks and associated responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Prioritize tasks efficiently to deliver timely estimates that support project schedules.
• Employ creative problem-solving to enhance project value and outcomes within budget.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in preparing joinery quotations is preferred.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in fitout estimating.
• Familiarity with commercial and hospitality fitouts, especially shopfitting.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure precise cost assessments.
• Ability to work autonomously while being responsible for managing workload.
• Innovative and solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
