Position Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and organized AV Quoting Specialist / Estimator to join our team in Hollywood, FL. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in B2B quoting and estimating, preferably within the AV, IT, low-voltage, or technology sectors, and will be familiar with ConnectWise or equivalent quoting platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate precise business-to-business quotes, estimates, and proposals.
- Create and manage quotes via the ConnectWise system.
- Analyze project requirements including equipment, materials, and labor expenses.
- Communicate with vendors and distributors to acquire pricing and stock details.
- Collaborate closely with sales and project personnel to guarantee quote accuracy.
- Update and revise quotes as necessary, managing several projects concurrently.
- Keep customer and pricing records meticulously maintained.
Candidate Qualifications
- Experience with B2B quoting, estimating, or sales support roles.
- Proficiency in ConnectWise is highly desired.
- Background in AV, IT, or technology industries is an asset.
- Strong skills with Excel and other computer applications.
- Keen attention to detail paired with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Effective communication skills with strong follow-up abilities.
- Ability to independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
