We invite applications for the role of Estimator to join our expanding estimating department. This position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to internal developments as well as external construction tenders, engaging with projects throughout all phases – from feasibility studies and cost planning to tender submissions and project execution. This role is ideal for estimators aiming to advance their careers by working on higher-value and more intricate assignments within a high-achieving team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive estimates and cost plans for residential and mixed-use developments.
• Participate in feasibility assessments and early project cost evaluations.
• Assist with preparing and submitting competitive tenders.
• Collect, review, and analyze pricing information from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support value engineering exercises and design evaluations to optimize project outcomes.
• Identify potential commercial risks and opportunities throughout projects.
• Maintain and update estimating databases, benchmarks, and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Between three to seven years of experience in estimating within the construction, property development, or subcontracting industries.
• Familiarity with residential, commercial, mixed-use, or large construction projects.
• Strong capabilities in numerical analysis, communication, and relationship-building.
• Effective collaboration skills with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• A proactive, detail-focused approach paired with a desire for ongoing professional growth.
