Job description
Overview
We seek an experienced Estimator specializing in fit-out projects to join a growing company serving blue chip commercial clients across the UK. The position is primarily based in Loughborough, but candidates near Melton Mowbray, Castle Donington, Leicester, Nottingham, Ibstock, or other locations will be considered. This permanent role offers a salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 along with a car, bonus, and additional company benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimations for diverse commercial fit-out projects.
- Manage procurement activities by sourcing necessary materials.
- Support varied business projects and engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes.
- Perform occasional travel to client project sites.
Candidate Profile
- Proven background in estimation roles within sectors like joinery, commercial fit-outs, retail/shop fitting, or interior construction.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Aspirations for a long-term, stable employment opportunity.
