About the Role
Become part of a $10 billion employee-owned general contracting firm expanding its Datacenter Division. This opportunity welcomes candidates without prior datacenter experience. The company is well established in Colorado and nationally recognized as a top workplace, seeking Estimators to contribute to estimating hyperscale datacenter and mission-critical projects. This is an ideal position for Estimator, Senior Estimator, or Project Engineer/Project Manager professionals aiming to grow within a rapidly expanding sector and make significant contributions.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
The successful candidate will ideally have 0 to 7 years in commercial general contracting or construction management estimating. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is expected. Candidates should possess strong technical expertise, especially with tools like Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and ProjectSight. They must be organized, solution-oriented with excellent communication abilities, detail-focused, motivated to produce quality results, and exhibit a collaborative mindset with a positive attitude. A genuine enthusiasm for quality work and innovation is essential.
