We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a reputable custom home builder located in Cannon Hill, Brisbane. The company specializes in residential projects valued between 1.5 million to 10 million AUD, focusing on elegant designs, client satisfaction, and quality craftsmanship. Unlike budget-driven project homes, the clientele values innovation, unique materials, and creative construction methods for both new and existing sites. Role Responsibilities
The position involves working within a flat organizational structure where estimations are performed on a per-project basis, providing full visibility of the entire process. The estimator will hold accountability for ensuring accuracy in cost estimations and contributing to best practice methodologies within the team.
