Estimation Engineer / Billing Engineer

About the Role

Shubh Engineering Services LLP seeks two Estimation / Billing Engineers with 2–3 years of experience to join their team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role involves detailed quantity estimation, billing preparation, and cost management for civil and structural construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and costing for civil and structural projects.
• Create and verify client bills, Running Account (RA) bills, and subcontractor payment bills.
• Perform quantity take-offs from civil, structural, and architectural drawings to support accurate estimation and billing.
• Develop rate analyses and prepare comprehensive project cost estimates.
• Collaborate effectively with design teams, site personnel, and project managers for smooth project execution.
• Keep track of project quantities, costs, and billing-related documentation throughout project cycles.

Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering.
• Between 2 and 3 years of relevant experience in estimation and billing within civil engineering.
• Familiarity with civil and structural construction processes and terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD software for estimation and drawing analysis.
• Good understanding of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), rate analysis, and quantity surveying principles.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities to ensure seamless teamwork.
