Job description
Job Overview
As an ERPNext Functional Implementer, you will be responsible for deploying and tailoring ERPNext software solutions to align with client business needs. This position demands direct client interaction, detailed business process analysis, and hands-on involvement in data migration and system testing. Furthermore, you will facilitate user education and deliver ongoing support after system implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure ERPNext according to specific business demands.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and analyze their operational procedures.
- Support the transfer of data into the ERPNext platform, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct comprehensive testing including user acceptance testing to guarantee system readiness.
- Lead training sessions for end-users to ensure proper system utilization.
- Provide support during go-live phases and throughout post-deployment activities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in implementing ERPNext solutions.
- Competence in gathering business requirements and performing gap analysis.
- Familiarity with a range of ERPNext modules including Accounting, Sales, CRM, Purchasing, Inventory, HR & Payroll, Projects, and Manufacturing.
- Experience handling data migration, system testing, and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Capability to support clients during system launch and ongoing maintenance.
- Strong communication abilities and client-facing experience.
