Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to spearhead the delivery of a national-scale ERP program based in Doha, Qatar. This senior leadership role involves managing all phases of the ERP initiative, including planning, execution, governance, and assurance, especially focused on Oracle ERP systems and government digital transformation efforts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle delivery of the national ERP program, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, resource planning, and benefit realization.
- Coordinate diverse workstreams such as ERP deployment, business process transformation, data migration, system integration, testing, change management, and successful go-live.
- Lead governance activities and executive-level communications by providing accurate program status, risk assessments, issue resolution, decision-making, and strategic advice.
- Serve as the senior subject matter expert on Oracle ERP technologies, advising on solution architecture, system integrations, data management, security frameworks, and design choices.
- Perform independent quality assurance reviews and ensure the integrity of key deliverables from program stakeholders and system integrators, critically evaluating solutions, designs, assumptions, and technical decisions.
- Evaluate readiness across business functions, technical architecture, data, integrations, security, testing, operational preparedness, cutover, and launching phases.
Qualifications and Experience
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is a mandatory requirement.
- Possess over 12 years of technology experience, specifically in Oracle ERP, program management, or digital transformation projects.
- Proven track record of leading comprehensive, large-scale ERP or digital transformation initiatives.
- Solid expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP; prior implementation experience with Oracle ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Background in government or public sector digital transformation, ideally at a national or multi-entity scale.
- Experienced in assuring and reviewing significant technology and ERP-related deliverables.
- Able to manage major system integration partners and technology vendors effectively.
- Demonstrated capability to engage, influence, and report to senior executives, steering committees, and key stakeholders.
- Academic qualifications include a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines; a master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
