About the Role
Join the world's largest equipment rental provider as an Equipment Associate and contribute to the efficient functioning of our Kelowna branch. This role involves supporting various branch personnel including service technicians and sales staff by performing hands-on tasks to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine returned equipment for any damages, operational hours, mileage, and fuel level.
- Ensure all rental equipment adheres to safety standards through inspections for safety decals and operational readiness.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the work environment.
- Load, unload, and prepare equipment for customer rentals.
- Conduct equipment checkouts and demonstrations to customers, including driving delivery trucks for pickup and drop-offs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support branch operations.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school or equivalent qualification.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and excellent teamwork capabilities.
- Commitment to adhering to safety protocols.
- Outstanding customer service orientation.
- Capability to lift frequently items weighing up to 45 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits
The pay rate for this position ranges from $20.90 to $30.10 per hour.
