Job description
Role Overview
As an Environmental Services Technician, you will play a vital role in preserving the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of our hospital environment. Your daily tasks will contribute significantly to creating a welcoming, sanitary, and secure space for patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Duties
- Perform extensive cleaning and sanitizing of designated areas including lounges, restrooms, and offices.
- Manage inventory by restocking cleaning and sanitary supplies as needed.
- Operate cleaning machinery such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and steam sterilizers proficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedural guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of six months experience in housekeeping, healthcare experience preferred.
- Availability and reliability to work during weekends and holidays.
- Detail-oriented approach focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a hospitable hospital atmosphere.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate.

Compensation Details
Hourly wages range from $29.77 to $33.89.
