Role Overview

Medpace, a globally expanding Clinical Research Organization, is seeking an Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Asia Pacific HR team in Singapore. The primary responsibility involves supporting the talent acquisition function by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and assisting with recruitment events and career fairs. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication abilities, are highly motivated, and eager to learn recruitment within a complex industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Compose compelling job postings across multiple departments to attract qualified applicants.
• Maintain positive candidate relations throughout the recruitment cycle, ensuring exceptional candidate experience.
• Source and screen potential candidates, facilitating efficient interviews and smooth recruitment progression.
• Organize and oversee recruitment events including career fairs and company-hosted hiring activities.
• Manage job requisitions using applicant tracking systems and HR information systems.
• Foster partnerships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and recruitment best practices.
• Ensure adherence to local employment laws, including equal opportunity regulations.
• Actively support employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber applicants.
• Provide hiring managers with talent market insights and recruitment landscape research.
• Collaborate with HR peers to facilitate seamless onboarding experiences.
• Continuously seek enhancements to the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
