Entry Level Security Officer

Position Overview

Join Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. as an Entry Level Security Officer located in Findlay, OH. This role offers multiple openings with a wage of $17.25 per hour and involves maintaining the safety and security of client properties and personnel through active observation, patrols, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on activities and incidents at assigned client sites to ensure safety and security.
• Conduct regular patrols of various areas to maintain order and enforce client-specific rules and regulations regarding personnel and visitors.
• Provide excellent customer service and information to clients, their employees, and visitors.
• Perform physical activities including sitting, standing, walking for extended durations, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.
• Lifting and moving objects occasionally, with frequent lifting up to 10 pounds and some lifting up to 25 pounds.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a valid Ohio driver's license and driver certification.
• Demonstrate strong customer service abilities.
• Capable of completing patrol duties.
• Comfortable with technology, including use of cell phones and computers.
• Previous experience in security or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
• Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements applicable to security officers/guards.
