Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from client acquisition to placing senior professionals.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, winning new business opportunities.
- Identify and approach senior professionals in the US Construction sector.
- Engage with candidates and clients throughout the US market.
- Grow a personal network and develop a commercial market.
- Learn to expand a recruitment desk into a sustainable, long-term business.
Role Specifics
This position focuses on high-level senior appointments, typically for roles with salaries exceeding $150,000. The consultant will advise and guide candidates through the entire recruitment journey, including offer negotiations.
Compensation and Advancement
The base salary starts at £28,000 with Year One On-Target Earnings ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 plus, featuring uncapped commission up to 60%. Earnings scale with performance, and there is no fixed ceiling. Career advancement is performance-based with prospects for rapid progression into senior management and leadership roles within the company.

Comprehensive structured training is provided from day one, reinforced by daily coaching, live feedback, and guidance from experienced consultants. The work environment is competitive yet supportive, with office-based collaboration Monday to Friday at the London headquarters.
