Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Collaborate with clients to fill immediate job openings efficiently.
• Match qualified candidates to client positions, ensuring successful placements.
• Leverage recruiting tools and resources effectively.
• Engage in cold calling, screening, and preparing candidates and clients for interviews.
• Assist in job offer negotiations and conduct detailed reference checks on candidates.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Consistently maintain high levels of outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable building rapport over the phone.
• Exemplify integrity, confidentiality, and ethical behavior.
• Possess effective negotiation skills.
• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Complete gpac’s training program and related requirements successfully.
