Opportunity Overview

Our Canberra-based team invites applications for an Entry Level Project Planner (Analyst) eager to build foundational skills in construction management and shape a career in project planning. This entry-level consultancy role offers practical experience on major projects and mentorship from industry experts. TBH provides diverse project management services—ranging from planning and scheduling to project controls, cost management, claims, dispute resolution, and risk management—allowing exposure to multifaceted projects locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants and project teams with implementing project plans and deliverables.
• Conduct research, analyze project data, and aid in generating client reports.
• Produce high-quality documentation including schedules, reports, and presentations.
• Utilize project control methods to detect issues and support solution development.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project success.
• Contribute to process improvements and general business administration tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Basic experience with project scheduling or controls.
• Fundamental knowledge of construction management concepts.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to support report development.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Collaborative attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional approach focused on client service.
• Proactive, curious, and self-motivated to seek ongoing learning and development.
