Job Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospective clients and arrange home inspection appointments.

• Participate actively in weekly training sessions to continuously improve inspection and sales skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age; no prior experience or education is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be self-driven, confident, and enthusiastic about professional development.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays from 11 am to 7 pm and four weekend days per month.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage plus bonus opportunities.
• Annual earning potential ranges between $65,000 and $135,000 or more, with no commission cap.
