Entry-Level Cleaning Technician

Voda Cleaning & Restoration in Tyler-Longview is seeking a reliable and diligent individual to join their team as an Entry-Level Cleaning Technician. No prior experience in the cleaning or restoration industry is necessary as full training will be provided. This role appeals to someone who enjoys physical labor, values doing a quality job, and is eager to acquire a skilled trade while growing with a developing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support cleaning services including carpet, tile and grout, upholstery, air duct, and other professional cleaning tasks.
• Handle loading, unloading, equipment setup, and cleaning duties.
• Assist lead technicians with residential and commercial cleaning projects.
• Keep vehicles, tools, and workspaces tidy and well-organized.
• Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
• Learn and apply correct cleaning techniques, equipment use, and prescribed job procedures.
• Adhere strictly to company safety standards and practices.
• Gradually perform cleaning assignments more independently as skills improve.
• Provide support on restoration projects when required.

• Able to work across various settings such as homes, commercial spaces, attics, crawlspaces, and other sites.
• Capable of lifting and carrying equipment throughout the workday.
• Eager to develop professionally and accept increasing responsibilities over time.
• Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Experience in cleaning, construction, restoration, or related hands-on fields is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Advancement

Hourly pay ranges from $13 to $14 based on prior experience and qualifications.

This is an entry-level opportunity offering career progression. Individuals who demonstrate dependability, quick learning, and ownership can advance to Cleaning Technician or Lead Technician roles, assuming further responsibilities within the cleaning and restoration operation.

Location: Tyler, TX, and nearby East Texas areas. Work is on-site and field-based.
