Role Overview
We invite enthusiastic individuals to join us as Baristas who are passionate about crafting excellent handmade coffee and delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves preparing beverages, engaging with customers, supporting daily operations, and working collaboratively to create memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks including espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty items.
- Welcome customers warmly, take their orders, and provide tailored suggestions based on preferences.
- Use coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and safely.
- Maintain hygiene and comply with food safety regulations consistently.
- Replenish inventory and support stock management tasks.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Address customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Prior experience working as a Barista or in a café environment.
- Familiarity with cash handling and operating POS systems.
- Strong enthusiasm for enhancing guest experiences, providing product recommendations, and supporting back-of-house operations.
- Effective communication skills to interact clearly with customers and team members.
