Role Overview
We seek motivated Baristas committed to crafting ideal handmade coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and working harmoniously within a team. The role involves engaging with customers, preparing quality beverages, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to a welcoming environment that leaves a memorable impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks including espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty options.
- Warmly greet customers, take orders, and recommend products tailored to preferences.
- Efficiently and safely operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations to uphold health standards.
- Replenish stock and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer comments and resolve any issues professionally and courteously.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Prior experience working as a Barista or in a café environment is valued.
- Familiarity with cash handling and operating POS systems.
- Strong enthusiasm for creating excellent guest experiences and making product recommendations.
- Clear communication skills with customers and colleagues.
