TGH Enterprises operates under the brand Fresh N Good, focusing on the fresh fruits and processed food supply-chain sector. Their activities include sourcing, processing, and market development with business interests both within and outside Kerala.
Role Overview
The Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) position involves close collaboration with the founders to develop and manage specific supply chains. The role requires recognizing market opportunities, cultivating relationships with customers and suppliers, overseeing operations, and gradually assuming full accountability for the commercial and operational success of designated supply chains. The focus spans both fresh fruits and processed food areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new market prospects.
- Establish and maintain robust customer and supplier partnerships.
- Assist in sourcing, sales, and supply-chain management activities.
- Evaluate opportunities to enhance commercial value in assigned supply chains.
- Progressively take charge of the comprehensive performance of selected business ventures.
- Work directly with company founders to gain insight into operations and strategic decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduates or professionals early in their career are encouraged to apply.
- Individuals passionate about entrepreneurship, business growth, and supply-chain processes.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork, including travel and direct market engagement.
- Should demonstrate strong ownership qualities and a readiness to learn through practical experience.
Location and Employment Type
The position is based in Kochi, Kerala, with travel required. This is a full-time, onsite role.
