Role Responsibilities

• Implement and support enterprise business systems, managing workflows, approval processes, forms, roles, and permissions daily.
• Address and manage system requests and issues from business users, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
• Assist in new system workflows or implementation tasks including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Perform basic system customization such as configuration, scripting, and workflow logic to meet business needs when necessary.
• Act as the main contact for business users regarding system-related inquiries.
• Collect, analyze, and document business system requirements comprehensively.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, system owners, and vendors to track and resolve requests effectively.
• Support continuous system and process improvements to enhance usability and business efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise systems, business application management, or process roles. Candidates with strong learning agility and related exposure are welcome.
• Strong ownership, responsibility, and perseverance to complete tasks and resolve issues.
• Adaptability to learn and grow within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills and patience in collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with appropriate guidance and management.
• Preferred: Experience with enterprise systems such as workflow, approvals, CRM, ERP, HR, or finance platforms.
• Experience or participation in system implementations, configurations, or business process improvements.
• Basic knowledge of common business functions like expense management, approvals, onboarding, and procurement.
• Familiarity with technical concepts including APIs, system integrations, and data flow.
