About The Role
Join our motivated team as a Solutions Engineer where you'll unlock the true potential of our voice AI platform for an expanding customer base. Your primary goal will be to efficiently grow our technical solutions across many enterprise clients by directly supporting them and improving internal workflows alongside our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with Account Executives to improve the technical elements throughout the sales cycle.
- Engage directly with technical stakeholders from current and potential clients to deliver customized support and solution architecture.
- Design compelling technical product demos that effectively showcase our offerings' value.
- Develop technical enablement materials that boost the sales team’s technical skills and impact.
- Create self-service documentation and tools that enable customers to independently deploy solutions.
- Spot opportunities to productize common integration use cases or features and collaborate with product teams to realize these innovations.
Candidate Requirements
- Deep enthusiasm for AI technology and familiarity with ElevenLabs’ products.
- A strong desire to work hands-on with customers, iteratively crafting bespoke solutions and providing personalized support.
- Ability to identify recurring patterns suitable for standardization and scalable solutions.
- Empathy towards customers, sales colleagues, and product teams to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Robust technical foundation for assisting clients in integrating our solutions with their existing systems.
- Experience engaging with customers; formal or informal experiences such as in student organizations or side projects are welcomed.
- Proficient in Python programming, with solid understanding of software development, architecture, and integration techniques.
- Excellent communication aptitude adaptable to different audience levels.
- Multilingual capabilities in Mandarin and English are essential.
Location and Additional Information
We are expanding our team in Singapore and prefer candidates to be based locally. The role involves frequent travel to customer sites. Fluency in English and Mandarin and a strong grasp of regional and cultural contexts are required.
