Enterprise Solutions Architect

About the Role

ClickHouse aims to expand its vibrant user base and establish itself as a leading cloud-first company in Australia. We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to help grow our presence by enabling customers to realize the full capabilities of ClickHouse’s platform. This role offers the chance to join after the launch of our serverless Cloud product and significantly influence its market positioning and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert intricate business and technical needs into scalable architectural designs, including migrations, workflows, and data visualization approaches.
• Engage directly with stakeholders at all levels—ranging from executives to developers and data scientists—to promote customer success.
• Advocate for ClickHouse’s vision and features, increasing adoption and securing strategic partnerships.
• Employ solution-oriented strategies to showcase and deliver value to customers.
• Lead initiatives that assist customers in transforming raw data into insightful, actionable business intelligence.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least five years of experience with open source software business models and strong knowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies.
• Practical expertise with scalable and highly available distributed systems.
• Successful track record in creating proofs of concept (POCs) and reference implementations that help drive customer adoption.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying solutions or engaging in sales within major cloud ecosystems such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of database programming and data modeling.
