Job description
Overview
We are seeking experienced Enterprise Architecture Planning Specialists to join a client project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have a strong background in Enterprise Architecture and related fields, supporting architecture planning and governance with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Analysis, or EA Planning.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable discipline.
- Familiarity with TOGAF and NORA Frameworks is essential.
- Proficient in Business Process Mapping and Process Modeling techniques.
- Strong experience in creating and maintaining Enterprise Architecture documentation and supporting governance efforts.
- Good understanding of Reporting and KPI tracking mechanisms.
- Experience conducting Gap Analysis and Maturity Assessments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferred exposure to EA Repository tools.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Document and map business processes and procedures effectively.
- Assist in planning and executing Enterprise Architecture activities.
- Maintain and update Enterprise Architecture artifacts and related documentation.
- Support efforts related to maturity assessments and gap analysis within the organization.
- Prepare materials and reports to facilitate NORA assessments.
- Collaborate closely with architecture teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Provide support to EA repositories and governance initiatives.
- Monitor progress on architecture deliverables and follow up on action points.
Relevant Professional Backgrounds
Ideal candidates may have prior experience as Enterprise Architecture Analysts, Business Process Analysts, EA Planning Specialists, Architecture Coordinators, Documentation Specialists, or Governance Analysts.
