Enterprise Architecture Manager

Role Overview

The Enterprise Architecture Manager will oversee and monitor comprehensive solution development, ensuring architectural frameworks align with business needs to facilitate organizational system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of architectural blueprints across multiple technology domains that support product teams in delivering reliable solutions and services.
• Develop and communicate comprehensive architectural plans and roadmaps by leveraging interdisciplinary expertise to direct infrastructure, products, and services evolution.
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with domain architects to critically evaluate initiatives, shape technology strategies, and persuade decision makers across various areas.
• Support delivery leads and solution partners to design overall solution architecture, assisting throughout development phases until successful deployment to meet organizational expectations.
• Direct infrastructure teams to align their efforts with the broader architecture and determine when architectural adjustments are needed for infrastructure compatibility.
• Provide governance for architecture throughout the project lifecycle including pre-initiation, ensuring quality and completeness of architecture deliverables.
• Collaborate with business development and key stakeholders to craft architectural proposals and options for evaluation and endorsement.
• Guide team members on industry best practices and communicate enterprise-wide architectural issues for alignment within the organization.
• Prepare technical specifications for RFIs and RFPs for technology and application enhancements, overseeing technical assessments to select the best organizations for system upgrades.
• Review and approve reports and statements to guarantee they meet operational and business standards in a timely manner.
• Manage and coordinate team activities to ensure efficient execution of project tasks aligned with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; advanced certifications are advantageous.
• Experience of 5 to 8 years in IT Architecture or a closely related field, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Familiarity with banking IT architecture, operations, and requirements.
• Capability to translate business needs into IT systems and operational solutions.
• Moderate communication abilities with advanced negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Work location is Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
