Enterprise Architect (w/m/d)

About the Role

Join the HUK-COBURG insurance group as an Enterprise Architect in Coburg. You will be part of a small team responsible for designing and evolving the company-wide enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the central architecture team in shaping and developing the overall enterprise architecture.
• Ensure compliance with strategy and architecture standards by designing and leading governance processes related to architecture.
• Integrate different architecture domains by harmonizing overarching tools and terminology.
• Maintain architectural documentation to provide decision-makers with appropriate visibility.
• Develop future architecture target states and strategies to achieve these goals.
• Collaborate across disciplines with colleagues from business, IT, fellow architects, and project managers.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or business administration with a relevant focus.
• Experience in enterprise architecture management.
• Strong analytical skills and high capacity for abstraction.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability to different audiences, and a constructive attitude.
• Enjoyment in modelling complex issues and presenting them simply and understandably.
• Strong team orientation combined with the ability to guide and drive tasks forward.
