Enterprise Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to join a global financial services company based in Dublin. Reporting directly to the CIO, the successful candidate will be instrumental in defining and directing the organisation's technology architecture and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture initiatives across a cutting-edge Microsoft/Azure ecosystem along with data and cloud solutions.
• Manage architectural governance practices ensuring compliance and security standards are met.
• Drive integration strategies, data platform enhancements, and the uptake of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence.
• Oversee and mentor teams while maintaining strong engagement with senior stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience in Enterprise and Solution Architecture roles.
• Solid expertise working within Microsoft Azure environments, preferably including familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.
• Comprehensive knowledge across data management, cloud infrastructure, integration platforms, and modern application architecture concepts.
• Strong grasp of governance related to architecture, security frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams and engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
• Proven experience in implementing AI technologies that generate measurable business benefits.
