Role Overview
The Enterprise Account Manager position within the Canberra team offers the chance to join a high-performance workplace focused on relationship building and business growth in technology and workforce services. The role suits professionals with experience in IT recruitment, technology staffing, or workforce solutions who have progressed beyond traditional recruitment and want to drive strategic client engagements and large-scale opportunity creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement strategies to grow accounts by both acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing ones.
- Build and sustain strategic partnerships with senior decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, Program Directors, and Procurement executives.
- Identify and close new logo opportunities within the Canberra market.
- Explore and develop additional workforce, project, and technology service offerings within current accounts.
- Maintain an active, qualified pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate internally with delivery, consulting, and solution teams to present comprehensive client solutions.
- Establish Green Light as a trusted advisor by aligning service offerings with client business objectives and technology challenges.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and deal closure.
- Create detailed account plans and stakeholder maps to deepen client relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue, gross profit, and growth targets.
- Keep up to date with technology trends and customer priorities to anticipate new business possibilities.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise IT recruitment, workforce solutions, technology staffing, or staff augmentation sales.
- Successful experience in acquiring new business and growing existing client accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Capability to diagnose client challenges and align appropriate solutions to achieve measurable results.
- Strong commercial acumen with disciplined sales and pipeline management competencies.
- Excellent networking, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience handling long sales cycles and complex deals involving multiple decision-makers.
- Good knowledge of workforce and project-focused technology delivery models.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Familiarity with technology services, consulting, project delivery, managed services, or broader IT solutions sectors.
- Experience engaging enterprise clients in sectors such as government, utilities, finance, telecommunications, or large commercial enterprises.
- Ambition to deepen expertise in consulting, project delivery, and managed technology services.
