Job description

About the Role

PAIR is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive based in London, working on-site with a hybrid schedule of at least three days in the office weekly. This full-time permanent position offers an OTE of £120,000–£190,000 plus stock options. In this role, you will transform how organisations approach AI adoption by guiding leadership teams through measurable workforce integration of AI technology, beyond just selling software or training.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and close complex enterprise deals within assigned accounts or industry verticals.
  • Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, limitations, AI readiness, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Translate client challenges into quantifiable improvements such as efficiency gains, quality enhancements, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage relationships across multiple stakeholders including C-suite executives, HR, IT, Security, Operations, Procurement, and Legal departments.
  • Maintain sales funnel momentum through rigorous qualification, mutual action plans, and precise forecasting.
  • Create comprehensive commercial proposals and statements of work linking financial terms to expected adoption outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with AI Adoption and Customer Success teams to ensure customer retention and business growth.
  • Provide market insights to refine PAIR’s messaging, product offerings, and go-to-market strategies.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an articulate communicator able to engage with executive leaders, effectively break down complex AI concepts without overpromising, and work independently while coordinating with relevant experts. A genuine interest and understanding of AI technologies and their organisational impact is essential, as well as strong consultative selling skills focused on discovery and measurable business outcomes.

Desired experience includes consistent achievement in closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, quota attainment, pipeline discipline, confidence engaging with diverse stakeholders (executive, technical, procurement), and commercial acumen in negotiations. Backgrounds in enterprise software sales, AI, consulting, or transformation services are highly relevant. Knowledge in workforce adoption, regulated industries, vendor risk assessments, or enterprise AI ecosystems is beneficial but not mandatory.

Work Environment

PAIR fosters a culture of autonomy, clear expectations, and decisive action, valuing human intelligence complemented by AI. The company supports flexible working within the office and customer engagements.

Additional Details

  • Location: Holborn, London with at least three office days weekly
  • Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
  • Compensation includes stock options and an uncapped sales commission plan
  • Sales cycle ranges from six weeks up to nine months
  • Target start date is as soon as possible

Application Process

Candidates undergo application submission, an initial conversation, a take-home task, and final interviews at the Holborn office. The company aims to complete hiring within 2–3 weeks and discusses compensation during initial talks. PAIR is committed to inclusivity and accommodates reasonable adjustments during recruitment.
