Team and Objectives

You will join the global Enterprise team working remotely to expand UpSlide's presence in the APAC region, reporting directly to Alexandra, the Chief Commercial Officer. Collaboration with fellow Account Executives will focus on pipeline development and strategic handling of key deals. The team’s ambitious goal is to triple Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within three years by tackling complex and high-value transactions through strategic account mapping and engagement with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a high-value sales pipeline via prospecting activities, networking, event participation, and targeted outreach.
  • Engage with prospective clients to identify their specific needs, deliver solution presentations, and outline project scope, timelines, and objectives.
  • Conduct detailed discovery calls with qualified leads to advance sales opportunities.
  • Create and manage Mutual Action Plans to drive deal progression.
  • Execute the full sales process effectively, from initial engagement through to closing.
  • Coordinate and navigate complex procurement, commercial, and legal processes to finalize contracts.
  • Manage both long-term strategic partnerships and quick-win initiatives to accelerate sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to refine sales processes and define the Singapore office's strategic direction.
  • Facilitate clear communication and alignment among pre-Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product teams.
  • Contribute to market strategy development by promoting UpSlide’s value proposition and highlighting competitive advantages.

Performance Goals

  • Become proficient in UpSlide’s product offerings and contribute to early-stage sales pipeline targets within three months.
  • Close significant, more complex deals and secure major new client accounts within six months.
  • Maintain a consistent, robust pipeline and enhance sales strategies continuously by the six-month mark.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of five years' experience in successfully closing sales deals.
  • Strong competitive hunter mindset with a passion for surpassing sales targets.
  • Proven ability to prospect and generate qualified leads, collaborating with peers and marketing departments.
  • Background in selling B2B enterprise technology or software solutions.
  • Track record of effective sales pipeline management and meeting set objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Consultative sales approach focused on solution selling.
  • Confidence in presenting to and engaging senior-level executives.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly proactive, goal-oriented attitude.
  • Experience working remotely across multiple time zones and coordinating with teams based on different continents, ideally with exposure to Europe-based companies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with financial and professional services industries.
  • Fluency in an additional language is advantageous.

Recruitment Process

Candidates progressing in the hiring process will meet team members including the Chief Commercial Officer. A reference check will be conducted to ensure the best fit and facilitate success. The typical recruitment duration is approximately three weeks.
