Position Overview

Join Choco as an Enterprise Account Executive, where you'll collaborate with major global food distributors to address complex logistical hurdles within the international food supply sector. Powered by Choco's AI technology, the platform streamlines key processes, removes manual tasks, and revolutionizes scaling operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire enterprise sales process within Germany, assisting top food distributors in implementing AI-powered operational solutions.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans for some of the largest and most intricate firms in this industry.
  • Generate sales opportunities through targeted prospecting, engaging executive leaders, and comprehensive account planning.
  • Steer challenging sales negotiations involving senior executives, multiple stakeholders, and procurement divisions.
  • Lead discovery sessions, construct business cases, manage negotiations, and finalize agreements with senior leadership.
  • Work closely with Product, Solutions, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership teams to ensure positive client outcomes.
  • Convey customer needs and market insights back to shape Choco's product development and marketing strategies.

Candidate Profile

  • Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, demonstrating a consistent record of closing complex deals with enterprise clients.
  • Proven expertise in securing high-value contracts and meeting or exceeding demanding sales goals.
  • Skilled at navigating multifaceted purchasing processes and aligning multiple stakeholders including executive, operational, and technical teams.
  • Exhibit strong executive presence and capability to engage senior leaders in strategic discussions on business transformation and operational efficiency.
  • Fluent in German at a native or professional proficiency (C2) level and proficient in English, with a disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and closing deals.
