Job description

About Heidi

Heidi is transforming healthcare by equipping clinicians worldwide with advanced AI care partners. In under 18 months, their clinical AI technology has streamlined administrative tasks for 73 million patient visits. Currently, the system supports over 2.5 million patient sessions weekly across more than 190 countries. Recognizing that healthcare systems are overwhelmed and documentation burdens detract from patient care, Heidi's mission is to double global healthcare capacity while enhancing the clinician-patient connection.

The company achieved product-market fit through a popular freemium medical scribe product and is now scaling to handle increased clinical workload efficiently, thereby allowing clinicians to focus on patient care once again.

Role Overview

Asia represents an emerging market for Heidi, with over 20,000 sign-ups in less than three months. The newly structured commercial team is segmented into enterprise accounts, mid-market, and inbound leads. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will manage the most critical accounts, typically with over 1,000 seats, that individually impact regional performance. You will take over ongoing enterprise discussions and expand business by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the region. Heidi’s multilingual capabilities create early interest from buyers even before initial conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take over active enterprise discussions immediately and continue progressing from their current status.
  • Manage Proof of Concept programs to demonstrate the practical value of Heidi's AI solutions within healthcare settings.
  • Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to facilitate customer integrations.
  • Develop new sales pipelines by targeting top-priority accounts across Asia while maintaining inherited opportunities.
  • Engage and align multi-functional buying committees, including clinical, IT, procurement, and executive stakeholders, to reach unified deals.
  • Coordinate internal resources—engineering, clinical, legal—to address enterprise-specific needs effectively and keep deals advancing.
  • Identify deals that contribute to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goals versus those that do not.
  • Create and document sales strategies and processes such as qualification criteria, deal reviews, and integration handoffs in a market where such frameworks are still evolving.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience successfully closing complex, long sales cycles for enterprise software solutions; focus is on delivered outcomes rather than tenure.
  • Strong belief in the transformative power of software products.
  • Ability to manage deals involving diverse stakeholders operating at different speeds, including procurement, IT, and hospital boards.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to build processes and playbooks from scratch.
  • Passion for artificial intelligence demonstrated through hands-on development, prototyping, or related projects.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, preferring to build rather than make requests.
  • Confident in generating ideas and being receptive to feedback and collaboration.

Work Culture and Values

  • Focus on long-term impact rather than short-term gains with ambitious targets.
  • Proactive leadership anticipating future challenges and delivering innovations ahead of demand.
  • Evidence-driven approach with patient welfare prioritized over data when in conflict.
  • Ownership mentality, addressing problems with comprehensive solutions.
  • Continuous iteration, favoring rapid delivery and refinement over exhaustive planning.
  • Deep empathy for clinicians’ practical challenges, designing for real-world usage.
