English Teacher

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to instruct students from 6th to 10th grade in CBSE and ICSE syllabi. The role is based at the Radiant Institute in Pimple Saudagar, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons covering English Language and Literature including Grammar, Reading, Writing, Literature, and Communication Skills for classes 6th to 10th.
• Create engaging, clear, and student-friendly lesson plans.
• Design worksheets, assignments, and examination papers.
• Administer periodic tests and assess students’ progress effectively.
• Assist students in enhancing grammar, vocabulary, writing, and verbal communication.
• Complete syllabus within set timelines.
• Maintain discipline and foster a constructive classroom atmosphere.
• Provide focused support to students requiring additional learning aid.
• Work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams on tracking student performance and evaluations.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation or Postgraduation in English or English Literature, with preference for candidates holding a B.Ed. degree.
• Familiarity with CBSE and ICSE English curricula.
• Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Strong skills in classroom management and communication.
• Experience teaching 6th to 10th graders is favorable, however, freshers with excellent subject knowledge are welcome to apply.

Compensation

Monthly remuneration ranges from 20,000 to 30,000 INR.
