About the Role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic and culturally engaged ESL educators eager to advance their teaching careers abroad. This opportunity is ideal for experienced ESL instructors or those transitioning to international teaching who wish to expand their skills and immerse themselves in the vibrant life of China.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver English language lessons to children aged 3 to 16 in dynamic, interactive settings.
• Utilize English 1's acclaimed curriculum and digital platforms to engage students effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate students' development, providing constructive feedback to foster learning.
• Engage in school-related events, cultural programs, and community involvement activities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary with an additional performance bonus available after six months of employment.
• A total of 21 days paid leave, including 10 vacation days and 11 statutory holidays.
