Role Overview

We are seeking an English Second Language Teacher for a part-time, on-site position at the British School of Language located in Lucknow. The primary objective is to deliver interactive, communicative classroom sessions that enhance spoken and practical English skills among a varied learner population.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute effective lesson plans tailored to learner needs and levels.
• Prepare and utilize engaging teaching materials to facilitate learning.
• Conduct instruction that motivates and involves learners actively in language acquisition.
• Evaluate learner progress systematically and provide meaningful feedback to support improvement.
• Maintain discipline and manage classroom environment to promote a productive learning atmosphere.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proficient in English Teaching methodologies and experienced in Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
• Skilled in developing lesson plans that are learner-centric and effective.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, capable of teaching various age groups and proficiency levels.
• Experience with classroom management and learner assessment is desirable.
• Familiarity with educational technology tools will be considered an advantage.
