Job Overview
As an Engineering Trainee at Hullect Services Private Limited in Chennai, you will be actively involved in supporting daily manufacturing processes on the shop floor following defined operational protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing daily production activities according to workflow processes.
- Provide operational support to line supervisors in assembly, welding, painting, and inspection tasks.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures to ensure quality output and safety compliance.
- Operate basic hand tools, machinery, and equipment under direct supervision.
- Maintain workplace organization by following 5S principles, prioritizing safety and cleanliness.
- Document and communicate production metrics, abnormalities, and equipment malfunctions to the supervisory team.
- Engage in ongoing process improvements and skill development programs.
Eligibility
Open to suitable candidates willing to learn and contribute on the production floor.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly stipend ranging from 17,000 to 20,000 INR.
