We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our restructured Reporting team, a vital part of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Program Orchestration. This position offers a unique chance to shape how our customers understand, visualize, and operationalize their compliance and security programs.

The Reporting team is evolving our platform from simple dashboards to a scalable, AI-enhanced reporting experience. Responsibilities include ownership of enterprise reporting, historical analytics, AI-driven insights, and certified data infrastructure powering core product features.

Key Responsibilities

Build and scale a high-performing engineering team by hiring strategically, coaching members, filling operational gaps, and elevating performance standards.
Lead delivery on a multi-quarter roadmap involving reporting infrastructure, enterprise capabilities, AI-powered analytics, and scalable foundational data systems.
Collaborate closely with Product and cross-functional teams to define long-term technical and product roadmaps for reporting and data-centric features.
Navigate ambiguity and rapid growth, balancing immediate customer impact with sustained platform development.
Work extensively with Product, Design, Platform, and business partners to evolve reporting strategies and enterprise data capabilities.

Qualifications and Success Factors

Minimum 4+ years of full-time engineering management experience, leading teams of 8-12+ engineers.
Proven background managing product engineering teams developing reporting or data visualization products.
Strong technical expertise, preferably as a senior or staff engineer, capable of influencing data infrastructure and product architecture decisions.
Track record of delivering across multiple initiatives while maintaining quality and team velocity.
Experience shaping product and technical strategy jointly with Product and Design teams.
Engagement in driving engineering-wide initiatives in prior roles.
Effective decision-making skills balancing ambiguity, data insights, deliverable speed, and quality.
Strong communication skills as an influencer and storyteller with cross-functional stakeholders.
Curiosity and openness towards leveraging AI to enhance skills and work impact, applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and outcomes.
