Role Overview
We are seeking a technically proficient Engineering Manager to lead and inspire engineering teams focused on innovative AI-driven healthcare technology solutions. This role requires transitioning from hands-on software development to leadership that balances advanced technical understanding with effective team management.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Possess at least 8 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership roles.
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Tier-1 engineering institution.
- Demonstrate substantial experience within IT product companies.
- Have a robust technical background in software architecture, development, and systems integration.
- Proven ability to manage and expand engineering teams comprising 10 or more members.
- Showcase competencies in team building, coaching, performance evaluation, and delivering engineering projects.
- Exhibit strong skills in analytical problem solving, effective communication, and decisive leadership.
While not mandatory, experience in the healthcare or insurance sectors is advantageous.
Additional Information
- Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru / Bellandur.
- Work Mode: Onsite; 5 days per week at the office.
- The role is suited for hands-on engineering leaders passionate about solving complex challenges, cultivating high-performing teams, and delivering quality products.
