- Develop and maintain backend services using Go and Python, including components of Avey Chat, API Gateway, and associated medical product services.
- Work with relational databases, Redis caching layers, and Kafka event streaming systems under supervision.
- Ensure production-quality code by writing unit and integration tests for your output.

- Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and track progress through Jira.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated (within 12 months) from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant STEM fields.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and fundamental concurrency concepts.
- Basic understanding of web APIs (HTTP, REST) and experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and React frameworks.
- Comfortable using Git, command-line tools, and conducting pull-request-based code reviews.
- Consistent practice of writing tests for personal code contributions.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Authorization to work or intern in Qatar for the duration of the internship.
