Role Description

• Lead import vendor sourcing initiatives for key raw materials ensuring cost-efficiency, high quality, and alignment with production needs.
• Manage material planning and procurement functions with a proactive follow-up and escalation approach.
• Coordinate supplier creation in collaboration with purchasing teams and global mentors, including sales area info record and EDI/ASN setup.
• Identify and resolve procurement errors and challenges, manage premium freight entry and approval processes.
• Set up and supervise transport and forwarding arrangements including customs clearance and compliance adherence.
• Oversee vendor order and delivery management, reviewing supplier performance to ensure target fulfillment.
• Handle daily work management and generate relevant procurement reports.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination.

Qualifications and Skills

• B.E. in Mechanical or related engineering discipline, with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SAP MM module and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong command of English communication.
